Julia Pompe (M.Sc.)

Julia Pompe (formerly Gebert) is working as a research associate at the Chair for Sustainability Management at the FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg since November 2022. Previously, she gained experience as a student assistant at the chair.

She teaches the seminar “Sustainability at Uvex – a joint project seminar” and is involved in the lectures “Advanced Sustainability Management and Corporate Functions” as well as “Grundlagen der Wirtschafts- und Unternehmensethik”. Her main research interests are sustainable innovation, the concept of circular economy and related strategies.

Until the end of the project in November 2023, she was part of the research team in the collaborative project “Harmonization of the Development of Complex Product Smart Service Systems in SMEs” – SmartHaPSSS. She was particularly responsible for taking sustainability aspects into account.
