Julia Pompe (M.Sc.)

Julia Pompe (formerly Gebert) is working as a research associate at the Chair for Sustainability Management at the FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg since November 2022. Previously, she gained experience as a student assistant at the chair.

She teaches the seminar “Perspektiven des Nachhaltigkeitsmanagements – ein Debattierseminar” and is involved in the lectures “Advanced Sustainability Management and Corporate Functions” as well as “Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility”. Her main research interests are sustainable innovation and the concept of circular economy, with a focus on circular value creation.

Until the end of the project in November 2023, she was part of the research team in the collaborative project “Harmonization of the Development of Complex Product Smart Service Systems in SMEs” – SmartHaPSSS. She was particularly responsible for taking sustainability aspects into account.
